LTNA News

We generally have business meetings several times a year to plan neighborhood activities and organizational matters such as funding our neighborhood beautification efforts.  Our next meeting will be Sunday, May 18, 2025 at 4 PM at 4323 Balcon Ct.  All neighbors are invited to all of our general board meetings.  

We will hold our annual neighborhood yard sale on May 5th, 2025. Everyone is invited to showcase their stuff on their driveway for trading and swapping.

We had a business meeting Sunday, January 12th to discuss our newsletter, our financial situation, landscaping/weeds/trash management, our upcoming neighborhood yard sale, city council decision, and existing crime watch signage.

Membership dues are requested at the beginning of the calendar year.  Dues are $35.00 per year for resident membership and $50.00 per year for business membership. The courtesy membership (for new neighbors) expires at the end of the calendar year. Funds received from the membership dues and other gift donations are mostly used for landscape projects and maintenance, city NA fees and neighborhood social events. Our LTNA News group is open to all LTNA residents!  LTNA News group members receive email announcements about upcoming LTNA events and other timely neighborhood news.  This group also serves as a forum for discussing topics related to our neighborhood.  To participate in our group, you don't need to have a Gmail address, but you will need to have a Google account.  If you are interested in joining, go to our Contact Us page and give us:
